The place: Starbucks on Gasheka
The cost: 255 rur which is getting closer to 5 euro with every day...or 7 usd.
Making it work, outside of the USA.

The place: Costa coffee on Tverskaya (since the other Costa where I took the last picture is already shut and empty)
The cost: 270 rubles (we just hit 29 for the dollar, so still about 8 USD)
